As a Jeep Wrangler owner like me, you already know that owning this monster is not inexpensive. If you drive it like my boys, it goes places other vehicles simply wont. Combine these two factors and if you take your Wrangler to the wrong place, you will find that either they don't really know how to fix it or that they simply are expensive. If you take it to Roswell Outback, they know what Jeeps need and they do it for a reasonable price. So when I pick it up, I know it is done right and I still have a few cents left in my pocket.

Highly skilled and professional technicians solved my 2012 Wrangler issues that have plagued this Jeep and other shops for years.

Jeff and crew are honest and fair on pricing originally but after much experience and traveling with my Jeep. Their work stands out as the best quality and durability of all the mechanics and I ended up in Hawaii with the Jeep. I went through everything done in the last 20 years and they stand out as everything he told me to fix broke and everything they fixed stayed together through hell and high water .

Jeff and the Outback Automotive folks have provided excellent service for my 2003 Jeep for about 15 years. Recently Jeff's repair of my air conditioning leak was above and beyond what another reputable automotive service shop near me was willing to do. Also Jeff correctly trouble shooted my Jeep's emission system and repaired when again another reputable shop near me did not get the job done. Jeff's service was again better then excellent service. Definitely worth the drive to Cumming for Outback Automotive's more than competitive expertise and service.

Jeff and team are very well versed in anything Jeep. I had them work on my 1998 Jeep xj with a fair amount of custom work already done. They were very honest on what jobs were worth my time. Had plenty of work done and no complaints.

Great specialty shop for your jeep. Very professional and knowledgeable on all things Jeep. I have sold my Cherokee, but will take any future Jeeps I purchase to them for any problems that arise. Highly recommend!!

I could not say enough about how great to work with Jeff, Chris and the team on the repairs of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and professional and cost effective about the repairs needed. ROA was less than half the cost of the repaired than what the dealer was quoting using the same Mophar parts. The only thing I wished is that ROA could alos work on my 1990 Miata.
